This Phra Siwali amulet is a powder material Phra Siwali (also called Phra Siwali or Phra Sriwali), curved walking stick mold (ไม้เท้าคด – walking stick with a bent/curved end), created by Phra Kru Karunawiharn (Luang Pu Phueak Panyatharo), the former abbot of Wat King Kaeo, Tambon Racha Thewa, Amphoe Bang Phli, Samut Prakan Province.

He was famous for Maha Metta, Maha Niyom, invulnerability, and powerful powder-based sacred amulets. He passed away on 29 March B.E. 2501.
Creation Information
- Year of Creation: B.E. 2496 (mainly created during 2495–2496, together with the Chedi Building Edition)
- Edition Name: Chedi Building Edition (or Mahachedi Building Edition), created to raise funds for constructing and restoring the chedi inside Wat King Kaeo
- Material: Powder material (phong phutthakhun). Main ingredients include Luang Pu Phueak’s own sacred powders, mixed with old amulet powders, ancient relic powders, powders from excavated pond amulets, Indo-China powders, and various other holy substances (some sources mention powder from Bang Khun Phrom). This results in very dense, solid material with strong Buddhist power.
- Mold: Curved walking stick mold (ไม้เท้าคด – walking stick with curved/bent end; considered a rare and highly sought-after mold in this line). There is a similar straight walking stick mold (more common), but the curved one is rarer and more directly from Luang Pu’s time (created and consecrated by him personally).
- Appearance: Front side shows Phra Siwali standing, holding an alms bowl and a curved walking stick, with a small bag for food/alms (อัฐิธิ). The back may be flat or have yantra. Some pieces have swollen/fluffy powder texture with ridge lines from pressing. Produced in limited quantity.
