Phra Somdej (Phim Phra Nak Prok or Naga Prok mold, พิมพ์พระนาคปรก / พิมพ์นาคปรก) by Luang Phor Kway (หลวงพ่อกวย) Chutinthonro (ชุตินฺธโร), Wat Khosit Tharam (วัดโฆสิตาราม), Chai Nat Province (จังหวัดชัยนาท), but created and distributed at Wat Pho Ngam (วัดโพธิ์งาม), Tambon Bang Luang, Amphoe Sapphaya, Chai Nat Province, material: powder with oil (ผงน้ำมัน), in B.E. 2521 (พ.ศ. 2521, which is A.D. 1978).
This amulet was created in 1978 at Wat Pho Ngam using mainly old damaged Phra Phom Ubat (พระผงอุ้มบาตรที่ชำรุดเก่า, ancient powder from alms bowls) as the base material, mixed to create new ones. The content is powder with oil (ผงน้ำมัน), blended with various pollens and sacred substances. The mold is Phra Somdej with Naga Prok (นาคปรก, protected by Naga serpent hood), typically multi-tiered Naga covering (similar to general Phra Somdej but with Naga protection).
Luang Phor Kway from Wat Khosit Tharam (nearby area) was one of the main masters who participated in the consecration (ร่วมปลุกเสก), together with other revered monks such as Luang Pho Chuea (หลวงพ่อเชื้อ) Wat Mai Bamphen Bun, Luang Pho Chom (หลวงพ่อชม) Wat Taluk, Luang Pho Sot (หลวงพ่อสด) Wat Hang Nam Sakon, and others.
