1. Origin of the Name “Medicine Balsa Medallion”: The medallion earned its name from its thick, raised circular rim, which closely resembles the lid of a traditional balm or ointment tin.

   • 1st Batch: Created in 1964 (B.E. 2507) with tiger forehead skin affixed to the backside.
   • 2nd Batch (As Pictured): Crafted between 1974–1975 (B.E. 2517–2518). Due to the immense popularity and miraculous experiences reported from the first batch, the temple issued this second batch to accommodate devotees.
