Phra Kru Puen (Phra Palad Sarawut) of Wat Lad Chado in Phak Hai District, Ayutthaya Province, is a respected master monk who profoundly inherited the ancient magical lineages of Ayutthaya. The creation of the Por Gae (Lersi or Supreme Teacher) amulet in the year 2022 (B.E. 2565) was specifically organized to commemorate the temple’s annual Wai Kru (Master Thanksgiving) ceremony. It was created to provide moral support and serve as a spiritual anchor for his disciples, especially artists, actors, musicians, and practitioners of various arts who hold the utmost faith in the Supreme Teacher.
Sacred Materials The herbal powder (Nuea Phong Wan) used in this 2022 edition consists of numerous highly sacred and rare materials. This includes 108 auspicious herbal powders renowned for great charm and wealth-attracting properties (such as Wan Saneh Chan, Wan Dok Thong, and Wan Sao Long), incense ashes collected from shrines at various sacred locations and city pillars, and ancient holy powders that Phra Kru Puen personally collected and created by inscribing and erasing mystical characters on a slate board according to ancient texts. Holy water from several significant consecration ceremonies was also used to bind the mixture, ensuring the material itself possessed innate sacredness even before being pressed into molds.
Rituals and Ceremonies The grand consecration and celestial invocation ceremony took place with intense spiritual power inside the main ordination hall of Wat Lad Chado. Phra Kru Puen performed a solitary empowerment following the magical sciences he had mastered.
