The Phra Sangkajjai cast amulet, “Setthi Kin Mai Mot” model (Phra Sangkajjai cast, “Setthi Kin Mai Mot” model) is an amulet created by Luang Phor Bua Pheun Wisutthasilo (Phra Kru Nites Thammawut), the former abbot of Wat Lang Khao (also known as Wat Phrom Nimit), in Tambon Phrom Nimit (Chong Khae), Amphoe Takhli, Nakhon Sawan Province.
Biography of Luang Phor Bua Pheun Luang Phor Bua Pheun was a renowned guru monk of Amphoe Takhli. He founded and presided over Wat Lang Khao (including the former Wat Khok Krang). He was famous for his great compassion and magical knowledge. He passed away before 2019 (there was a merit-making ceremony for the 14th anniversary of his passing on 8 June 2019, presided over by Phra Kru Niwit Panyakon). Local people still hold him in high reverence and continue to jointly restore the temple up to the present.
Information about Wat Lang Khao The temple is located at Ban Nong Kai Lo, Tambon Phrom Nimit, Amphoe Takhli, Nakhon Sawan Province. Its distinctive feature is the Mahaut Ubosot (ordination hall) built entirely with green glass bottles (a unique architecture in the province). It was once damaged by wild monkeys, and villagers helped by donating bottles and funds for repairs.
